The juices are prepared by trained nutritionists in a sterile environment with qualified handlers… all are cold pressed using modern juicers to preserve the ingredients natural essence and nutrition values.
Ordering on Virgin Delights is really easy. Just follow these steps:
- Sign up to create an account, all you need is a username and email address.
- A password will be sent to your email address. Use that password to login on the website. You can change the password to your preferred one. (Skip these steps if you are already registered.
- Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add to cart.
- Proceed to checkout to complete your order.
- Sit back and wait for your delicious and nutritious treats.
The price of our service is optimised by distance, so the closer it is, the cheaper it is.
There will be a pre-established delivery cost so before you confirm the order, you’ll know the total cost of the service.
We currently deliver to Westlands, Parklands and CBD. However, we are working to serve you in other locations.
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:00pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 3:00pm
Scheduling orders has never been easier! You can schedule your order and choose when you want it delivered, so that you receive it whenever is best for you!
If you want to change details of your scheduled order or simply want to cancel it, you’ll need to go to your scheduled order and click on “Cancel order”. You won’t be charged for cancelling. Once the order is cancelled, place a new one with your required items and delivery details.
At the top of your screen, there’s a search bar that lets you find any product that we offer.
We fulfill bulk orders. So, if you have a party, an event or would like to order for your employees, we will be happy to deliver. However, please let us
You can pay via M-PESA, Mastercard or Visa. You can change your preferred payment method on your profile details. There, you can add or remove cards. Once updated, it will immediately be changed so that you can continue ordering Virgin Delights.
If you received an incomplete or incorrect order, please go to your profile on the app and click ‘Help’. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

You can cancel orders but cancellation fees may apply.
If you want to change your order, you can call customer service on +254 796 299 290. However, if the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be modified.
If you need an invoice for your products, please contact us directly.
